Who am I?

I am a small town country girl from Wisconsin. Singing is my true passion and joy. My singing interest started during my time in kindergarten. I listened to Martina McBride’s music almost every day. She was my inspiration. Eventually, I just started to sing all the time. I don’t think anyone particularly thought that I could sing at the age of 6, but I knew. I always knew there was something there.

I started to sing the national anthem to my parents when I was 8 and I think they were a little shocked. In my small town I started singing at karaoke events. People were really surprised that a little girl like me could have such a powerful voice. (I even made my cousins cry when they first heard me sing a Martina McBride song!)

Anyway, that was just the start of my career. I've sung at so many places since then, I can't even count. I really appreciate all the people who come and say hello and encourage me and give me feedback.

I have always been actively involved in community service. I help and support the FFA, I’m also in 4-H and I show at the fair each year. I love animals, especially horses and cows. I always do my best to help a lot of people in the community.

If you would like to book me for a party or any family function, just leave a message on the Contact page. Be sure to include the date of the event, a phone number, your email and a good time to call.

I sing to put smiles on peoples’ faces. God gave me this amazing talent to share with the world. Writing songs allows me to share my experiences and my faith with others. I'm not stopping until I get to Nashville.

Musically yours,

Payton
